# Open Sales

> A marketplace where businesses list offers with a commission and verified independent sellers sell them. We track every sale and pay sellers directly.

Open Sales is a marketplace where Australian businesses list products and services with the commission they pay, and independent sellers who hold an ABN apply to sell them. The business funds the commission; Open Sales tracks each sale and pays the seller once the refund window closes, so sellers never invoice. Commission rates and prices are shown only to verified sellers, so this file has none.
